wow im such a bad girl this week! i think im just hungry! my food intake isnt filling my tummy up! eek. next week i will just start over!

So i wasn't feel good at all this morning...almost like i needed to eat something, so i stopped and got a burger king egg and cheese crossant at only 300 cals. So thats pretty good considering it could have been gross mcdonalds. :-o
For lunch im ordering papa johns pizza tuscan 6 cheese! but ill be a good girl. But i cant make myself starve to lose weight!

OMG IM SO BAD! I CANT BELIEVE I ATE MCDONALDS FOR BREAKFAST! WELL AT LEAST IT WILL KEEP ME FULL THROUGH OUT THE AFTERNOON, BUT IM DEF EATING A SALAD WITH NO DRESSING AND NO CHEESE! OMG! I STILL AM IN SO MUCH SHOCK I ATE MCDONALDS! IM SUCH A BAD GIRL!

I WORKED OUT LAST NIGHT FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS! I DID 30 MINS CARDIO AND I FELT GREAT!

Today my challenge starts and well "the ditch the sodas" so far is working! I have had no pop at all. Im doing great!
