Yes i have gained a bit of weight, but i honestly think its from weight training!

Ok everyone i dont know what is wrong with me, i cant stop eatting fast food in the morning. Like ill drive by it, then ill say to myself if i dont get something to eat for breakfast im going to be in a grumpy mood all day.
What do i do? I was thinking of chugging water right when i wake up. What do you guys think?

im still drinking a gallon of water a day. its hard to actually finish the gallon. But im still doing it. Its hard just to drink straight water all day. But i do like how it flushes everything out of my system.
I am having panera bread siera turkey with swiss today for lunch. i think its pretty healthy for me. I have been trying super hard to make healthier eating choices. Imd oing good. I also got an apple instead of chips! KUDOS for me!
