Another two day cleanse down! :) Started a new fitness program this week and started walking again, got 12 miles in this week! Lets see what I get done this week ;) The sky is the limit! Set a goal and go for it!!! We can do anything we set our minds to!!!

Slowly but surely, trusting the process, it is working! I know I'll get there! :) Going into week ten of my new life style, I don't feel deprived anymore of the foods I used to eat. It can be a bit challenging when friends or family want to go out to eat, not that I am tempted but I don't want to put things into my body that I don't know entirely what it is. If I cook I know what I am getting, so this is my only real challenge. Also the cost of a basic salad with grilled chicken is stupid when I can make it for penny's compared to what they sell it for. I used to be more social in the "going for lunch" or dinner with friends but am not interested in the weeks the scale goes up, and that's with eating a salad with grilled chicken. However, last weekend we were away I packed everything for myself to eat and we had a later dinner out, might have been the best salad I've EVER had! Unfortunately that restaurant is a good 45 mins away from me so not everyone would want to meet there ;) Thanks for listening and if you have eating out tips please share...

Just completed another two day cleanse, had to change my days up as we are going away today over night. Packed our lunch and lots of healthy snacks, my magic bullet and my protein shakes! :) I got this! :)

Had a great two cleanse days, got so much done on the 2nd day was just full of energy! Great success on the scale, starting to just trust the process and take it all in :) Keep the faith we can do this!
