Not a big loss this week, but it's still a loss which is better than gaining ;) Just keep plugging along and we will get there. I am loving this journey so much and enjoying the exercise and becoming the person I've always wanted and known I will be! Happy Mother's Day to all you Mother's, Grandmothers, Daughters, Aunts, and Sisters!!! Enjoy your beautiful day!!! :)

Wow what a week! Didn't lose much on the scale but I feel incredible and my body is tightening with all the new workouts I am doing it's amazing how you can still be as over weight as I am but feel incredible. Don't think I've ever felt so healthy in all my life. Can't wait for the scale to catch up and look like how I feel on the inside :) Keep plugging away at your goals not matter what they are and you will get there. This has been a long time coming with trial and error of diet after diet, glad I got on this wagon when I did and get my mindset turned around so I can focus on what's really important to me! :)

Not a huge loss this week, it's my TOM and I was up 3.8 lbs from last weeks weekly weigh in on Thursday, so I'll take this loss! It may not seem like much but to have a loss this week is just fine with me, If I hadn't had the gain of monthly times I would have done better but the scale is going the right direction so that's all we can ask for ;)
