Me and the wife snuck off today and had Korean BBQ for the first time. Pic shows baby octopus and some pork belly. I probably had 400g of protein at this place today lol.

High carb day. Had a donut at work before I left this morning. So fats are a little higher then I'd like. Been keeping them at trace amounts only on high days.had subway sandwich as my dinner. Shitty sandwich I could of literally made something better at home . Oh well. Tomorrow's back day. Should have a nice joocie pump after this carb up and sodium.

Moderate carb day. Target calories were 4200. Alittle over today, but it was a long day. Get it tuned in tomorrow.

High carb day. Took 8 weeks off mass gaining, 3wks at maintenance 5wks weeks in a deficit. I thought I would be ready for some food, but I hit a brick wall by meal #3. Still got a few calories to go. Might eat a few rice cakes if I can.
