I work in field of Computers, and have a pretty sedated life style.
have slowly gained weight over past 20 Yrs, I am about 20 Lbs overweight. I also have high cholesterol problem.
During past year or so, i have successfully made few changes i have (a) dropped Sugar (b) stopped Smoking (c) minimized food at night (and late night). Needless to say, all of them were big ticket items - at least for me.
