quiet happy with this, going to really focus for the next week or two and that should put me below my first target weight

this is probably not a true reflection as I usually weigh in first thing in the morning. and this is after lunch. however I feel the need to get back on track as I've still not ended the Christmas indulgence.

The goal for the next few months is to get below the 190 mark.
