quiet annoyed that I have let myself put on so much weight over the last few months
time to get back to counting and hopefully start shifting it again

back again 😂😂 6weeks off and starting to feel the weight creeping back on. when will I learn I need to stick with it to get to my goal weight.

no weigh in for me today for no other reason than i know I've eaten too much this weekend 😂😂. I would like to share though that I have just managed to complete the first run on week 4 of c25k. 2 weeks ago I tried this and failed miserably, I took a step back repeated week 3 and then tried again and succeeded.

just remember sometimes you need to take a step back in order to move forwards.

I'm happy! finally the snow and ice have gone meaning I can get out running again. I've started week 3 of couch to 5k again as I tried week 4 and felt like my lungs were going to explode 😂😂 I think one more week of week 3 and I should be able to handle moving up.
