Got another craving off the list. I will not be buying the slightly sweetened styrofoam like popcorn again. I did like the smokey flavor but not enough to buy again. One down xxx to go. Still entertaining myself with food. It's ok, not doing so much damage. I'm deducting calories from the meal portion. I need to put down the phone & get moving.
The giant bunch of watercress will save me from myself. Doing a bit of grazing today.

Prepping for lunch & dinner. I may have gone over board with the greens. It's been awhile since I've seen such good looking greens. They freeze well. Some of them had roots. Will try rooting.
Air popped sweeten Asian style kettle corn another treat. 50G is 190KCal. Saving for pre-after walk.

Starting the day w/fresh pineapple for much needed vitamin C & see how my body reacts to it. Dusted off the ole baking scale, to relearning portions by gram/oz. look like without scaling. It's been 5 years the food scale has seen the light of day, just about the time I stopped baking.
FSdB has pineapple by the cup or slice. This looks a little over a slice. 70 Kcal. Have to figure out food intake w/o scaling before xmas.

7:58am 2 min. before I break fast. Water first. Giving RTE a go. Have yet to read or listen to the book on the topic. But concept seems good. Can't hurt by giving my body a break from constantly having to process something.
Tentative plan, walk in the park, or around the neighborhood. It all depends on hubs, how he feels when he wakes. Some housework. No calls or desk work. Yay!
