GM, Monday was brutal. Didn't cook planned dinner. Ended up w/chopped veggie sandwich, crashed.
TRE is ok, I just miss my 5am coffee. Not really suppose to have coffee on an empty stomach. Drank more water, it's just not the same. I don't know how my friends do it, water, tea, water, and some more water ; P

GM FSF. I really like this virtual (thinking out loud process). Thank you for those answering back. Feel less crazy from isolation.
Game plan update:
TRE
Light, meatless lunches
Low carb Dinner, meat or heavy beans with dinner.
Really loving access to fresh greens these days.
Other veggies like califlower, radishes are a close 2nd.
Learning more moderation as we go. Cutting low fiber carbohydrates portions down to half.
Cutting frequency of pastry attacks.
Need to convince hubs we need a better scale.
So many expenses with limited income...Still not complaining. Still thankful.
Still need to settle on an easy consistent healthy breakfast choice for now. Winter comes it's months & months of steel cut oatmeal.
At an age where I don't want or should not put cold food in my body, especially in the am.
