Well my highest weight was 143kg oh looking at old pics now I can't believe how I could let my self go like that . My best weight many moons ago was 72 kg and even then I considered myself fat because that was what I was told now I know beter and love myself and my body every step of the way. It makes losing weight easier when you make peace with your body and start loving it every step of the way... ❤❤❤ Of course also leaving the person you thought you loved and loved you but broke your self esteem down at your best is a great gain. Now I have someone who found me at my worst but loves and supports me every step of the way . I am blessed ... Hearing my kids cheer me on as I lose weight and excercising with me sometimes is precious memories ❤❤❤
