Employed full time also a fulltime student, children are grown so its just me now - I stay super busy and have learned that now its time for ME! I have spent the last 25 years focused on my children & 3 relationships during 21 of em to discover that you never truly know the mind of a person. So now my lyfe is on my terms and thats that, Like it, love it or leave it - to me matters not! Because with GOD I - like it, LOVE IT and have NO intentions of leaving anything! I have BIG dreams and MANY goals!!!!! I am going to be a Grandma for the 1st time and im SUPER STOKED!

I would like to add a sidenote to sustainable and life change - Atkins is not a quick fix, a "program" or something u do "for the moment" the reprocussions of ROLLER COASTER Atkins is DETREMENTAL and so it is (done CORRECLTY) something you will in fact do (WILLINGLY I MIGHT ADD! I LOVE ATKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) the rest of your life! It is in fact MORE sustainable to ones health, energy, and life than ANY other way of sustinance! The food i eat everyday now is a million times more flavorful, nutrious, enjoyable, beautiful, and DELISHIOUS than any food I EVER ate regularily Pre-Atkins, and im a cook. Our bodies were never designed to consume the amount of carbs we as a society have brainlessly learned to consume and if we could retrain our brains bodies etc... passing it to our children thiers & theirs etc... we might once again be a predominatley healthy society rather than the other way around! I love learning new ways to make what we eat in this world Atkins friendly and I especially love finding ways to make it Induction Phase friendly GOOOOO ATKINS!!!!!!! But i encourage any one who is on a journey of self betterment through education and pratice. high 5 to all those who struggle and continue to put thier preverbial foot forward and to those who fall down, get up dust off and try again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we all struggle so let it be a reminder we are all in this together. ONE LOVE!!!!!

Help!
I think i would agree with jsfantome i think its wonderful that he wants to contribute and it is a life change. we have to have the belief desire etc... to know that it looks great but a moment in the mouth will NEVER be worth the devestation to our bodies and walk away from it also i agree with the comments about encouraging carb / Atkins friendly recipes for cakes the are HUNDREDS!!! Atkins.com has a PLETHERA of choices just remember during induction if its not on the list you cant have it!!! So instead of FORBIDDING the fruit (so to speak cuz u know what kids and men do when u forbid something Wink maybe ask him to refrain in support until you are in the next phase of Atkins when you can enjoy some of the Atkins friendly desserts there are in the world. and if all that dont work well to hell with it do what kstubble said and show him the door. I have found it vitally important that while others may not be doin Atkins with us that our loved ones support of our choice to change OUR LIFE is whats essential!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck you can DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! and you could always look at it as the power you have in yourself over the tempation WOW how STRONG ARE YOU Miss Laydee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

Womens one a day, calcium magensium zinc, potassium, niacin, chromium, vitamin E, Flaxseed, Omega 3, Vitamin D, Super B complex, and metamucil. Whats the cinnamon for???
