I am 24 year old on the quest for a healthier lifestyle and a fitter body! I am currently pretty active however diet and extended cardio have always been my weak point. I do zumba, cardio kickboxing, and Kim Kardashians "Fit in your Jeans by Friday" which is surprisingly very effective! Getting on the treadmill is my worst nightmare. Hoping to finally get down to my goal weight (have been trying to lose the same 20 lbs since I was a teenager)!!!!!
140: Steps on Boradway classes 1-2x per week
130: TRIA at-home laser hair removal
125: Clothing shopping spree :)
CPA: tory burch heels (black&brown)
Plan:
Load 2 days (not on HCG)
Load fat calories 2 days (on HCG)
Eat to 500 calories 40 days on HCG
Eat to 500 calories 3 days (not on HCG)
Eat 1,600 for 3 week without sugar/carbs
Eat 1,600 for additional 3 weeks introducing complex carbs
Exercise: Weight lifting and strength training to maintain muscle definition
Walk 30-60 minutes 2x a week
Sleep: 8+ hours a day
