I need to lose 40lbs, and I need some motivation. Anybody in my same boat, want to help one another
I am in that very same boat. I only had 39lbs to go and then I just fell off. Now, I am back at 53lbs to go. Nevertheless, I need to move forward. I'll support you!!!

stretch marks
Carboxy therapy works. The process injects co2 into the stretech mark and rebuilds collagen. I built my own machine and I've seen dramatic improvement. It doesn't work over night but it works. I have dark skin, so laser treatments were not an option.

Looking for new program
I use power 90 but I turn on my stereo and jam out to my own music! It makes it feel like a different work out everytime! You can kill the boredom with tunes. Realistically, any workout routine will get boring, especially if you have a limitation. I blew out my acl and tore my meniscus, so I know I have to suck it up and make p90 work until I can actually do something different. Have an attitude of gratitude! Be thankful that you found a program that you can do and make it happen!!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Everyday. I like to measure how certain foods affect my body. I'm usually pleasantly surprised by what I see on the scale. I used to be terrified of the scale. I now practice an attitude of gratitude! Everyday my scale doesn't say that I weigh 240lbs is a win for me!
