Not too bad. Back to the gym regularly but pushing hard to go. Still fighting a bad virus (head cold) that I can't shake.
Walk a few miles everyday during lunch hour. Watching diet closely and I'm back to my regular weights at the gym. Yesterday I actually layed down after work before dressing for the gym. It was a psychological nap I suppose. I closed my eyes for about 2 minutes and it actually seemed to help.

Still having a rough time with this latest virus. Went to the gym once last week and did OK and felt good but I wasn't able to get back for a few days. Worked to late yesterday and didn't make it.
Weight is down and holding. Plan is to go to gym tonight at a reduced level to try to get back to my normal ranges. My body reacts positively to activity but getting away due to illness seems to set me back more than I like.

I wasn't able to hit the gym for 10 days. I caught a nasty virus that slowed me down considerably. I didn't lose any time from work but my activities in the evening have been reduced considerably. Yesterday I was really dragging after work but as I left the plant I decided to pick up the pace. Got to my truck and didn't want to run errands but I decided to play the part of an active person.
I ran my errands...went home and put on my work out clothes and by the time I got to the gym I faked myself into thinking I was OK. I went through a 75% work-out and afterwards felt OK. If you are tired...fake it and get on it! I guess Fake it till you Make it works for exercise.

A week suffering from a virus can be good for weight loss. I have a feeling once I feel better and get back to the gym.^^^^ it goes.
