2nd Week Day 2 3/25/12

First week was so encouraging...and enlightening. This is a great site!I feel as though I've discovered a magic mirror that allows me to see not only how I look,but what is making me look that way.I type in my meals and immediately there's a graph showing the breakdown of my choices. Too much fat, not enough protein and so on. Each meal I get an opportunity to make guided changes for the better. At the end of the day I see in black and white what my food selection yielded. There is no vague suspicion that maybe I chose wrong. I can't fool myself that 'it wasn't that bad'. It is simply being compelled, to be honest with myself. Hence, my new top commandment:Thou shall not lie to myself anymore!!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
