Diet is going well. still get tempted by naughty things. diet mainly consists of porridge for breakfast, weight watchers bread toasted with baked beans or a toasted weight watchers bagel with cucumber for lunch and either a weight watchers meal or salmon or chicken with lots of veg for dinner. I have been avoiding carbs at dinner time and have only snacked when absolutely necessary. snacks have been go ahead bars or a banana. i have stopped having sugar in coffee and have been alternating between coffee and green tea for hot drinks. other drinks include my daily glass of berocca (vitamin drink)and no added sugar ribena. occasional can of pop but cut down a lot. still caffeine and choc free to keep headaches at bay.
