I seem to have stopped losing but managing to maintain. Considering i haven't been that strict that is pretty good i suppose but need to start being strict again so i can lose some more. i have been doing more exercise by going to zumba 2-3 times a week plus a yogacise class and walking mabel more but this week i have injured my neck so have done no exercise really plus have eaten out twice! so presuming i will have put on a few ibs this week :/ i have bought a new fitness dvd so hopefully this will help if i ever get round to doing it lol!

Diet is going well. still get tempted by naughty things. diet mainly consists of porridge for breakfast, weight watchers bread toasted with baked beans or a toasted weight watchers bagel with cucumber for lunch and either a weight watchers meal or salmon or chicken with lots of veg for dinner. I have been avoiding carbs at dinner time and have only snacked when absolutely necessary. snacks have been go ahead bars or a banana. i have stopped having sugar in coffee and have been alternating between coffee and green tea for hot drinks. other drinks include my daily glass of berocca (vitamin drink)and no added sugar ribena. occasional can of pop but cut down a lot. still caffeine and choc free to keep headaches at bay.

I am absolutely desperate to lose weight. I have fibromyalgia syndrome/chronic fatigue syndrome so even though I have tried various forms of exercise, I really struggle to get the balance right and usually end up overdoing it and making myself poorly. I want to take up swimming but want to lose a little bit first as the thought of being seen in a swimming costume terrifies me. I have little to no self esteem and have a problem with comfort eating. I also often feel so ill I think I eat thinking I may feel better, but I never do. I struggle to stop eating until I am really uncomfortably full and I often think f*** it I feel so poorly I need some pleasure in my life. I feel ashamed to say, breakfast is the only reason I get up in the morning. I do not know how I can begin to change, I have to stop seeing food as pleasure and begin to recognise hunger again and only eat for sustenance rather than eating for pleasure. I often feel so determined but never last long because as soon as I get a craving I can think of nothing else and get really upset if I cannot have what I want. I really don't know if there is any diet out there that will help me as I think I have serious issues that need to be addressed but I do not know where to go for help :(
