Been out of town in training for the last week. Gained a little back- found it hard to follow a good diet eating out all of the time. ButI am back on track and expect to hit it again hard. Being out of town and not monitoring this site, I forgot that the push up challenge started but will start that tonight. 20 push ups should not be a problems I amused to doing two sets of 35 whenever I do them. I want to work up to two sets of 50.
