I have been ill with a sinus infection and UTI. Somehow, I had an old residual believe that when I'm sick overeating will help. After all, "Feed a cold and starve a fever." is the old adage.

Fresh fruit and strawberries are the healthy answer to illness. That's my new attitude. I don't "earn the right" to overeat just because I'm sick. I'm not going to get well on "junk food." Thus, I do not need to overeat when I'm ill.

I've been on antibiotics for almost a week for a sinus infection and UTI. I have been very low on energy. Eating more doesn't help me to get better faster.

In conclusion, Fresh strawberries have plenty of vitamin C and they are a better snack than popcorn and pound cake!
211.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
