Trained Shoulders and Chest at Gym. Cup of Boiling water followed by cup of black coffee. Lunch 2 tins of Spar Pink Salmon in salad of lettuce, onion, tomato and Grape Vinegar. Dinner 3 Chicken breasts rolled with mint and parmesan cheese, fried in Chilli Avo oil. Through the day had large flask of Green Chinese Tea and 2lt of Fanta Zero and 2 lt of Water.
