I have decided to weigh in less frequently. I don't know if its my scale but I don't enjoy the daily fluctuations. It soesnt make sense.

Trained Biceps an Triceps
Breakfast - Black Coffee Large Mug
Lunch 4 sliced tomato with shredded Parmesan. Nuked in Microwave for 4 Minutes.
Dinner 300g Steak fried in Olive Oil
1,8 Lt Green Tea, 2lt Fanta Zero, 2 Lt Water through the day.

Trained Shoulders and Chest at Gym.
Cup of Boiling water followed by cup of black coffee.
Lunch 2 tins of Spar Pink Salmon in salad of lettuce, onion, tomato and Grape Vinegar.
Dinner 3 Chicken breasts rolled with mint and parmesan cheese, fried in Chilli Avo oil.
Through the day had large flask of Green Chinese Tea and 2lt of Fanta Zero and 2 lt of Water.

Breakfast 2 Rice Crackers and Salmon (Pink)
Lunch 3 Rice Crackers and salmon and Mozzalella Cheese.
Snack 2 dry rice crackers
Dinner Fried cocktail tomatoes with Feta Cheese and jalepeno Chilli

Gym - Arms & Shoulders no Treadmill
Hot Water for Breakfast.
Ate 5 Rice Cakes for lunch.
Spanish omelette for Dinner. 3 Eggs, 2 onions, 6 Rasher streaky Bacon and 2 TBS Butter.
