ontem comecei treino para fortalecimento muscular e gluteo, membros inferiores serão todos os dias, intercalado com superiores. 2g l,carnitina, 3g creatina, 5g aminopower pré treino, 5h manhã. pos treino café manhã completo + 20g whey com 5g aminopower.

jantar anterior completo por ser meu pretreino
164.5 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
