Have you read any of the info on Medifast? You may find you have WAY more dramatic and satisfying results if you cut those carbs down. The animal crackers and whole wheat bread may be satisfying in the moment but they aren't doing you any favors. If you get your carbs down in the 85 to 90 range you have a chance of getting into ketosis which A) gives you great energy, B) helps reduce those pesky starch cravings and C) burns fat specifically. I can't say I follow Medifast 100% - but I've lost 32 pounds in eight weeks.
