Still at the same weight despite sticking to the calorie deficit again last week. Wondering if I need to add exercise, better foods, decrease calories or just wait it out?
175.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
