On my weight loss journey I committed to a couple thingsā€¦ 1. turning what I learn into a lifestyle, 2. not stressing if I indulge.

This weekend I indulged and loved every bite of it lol. NO GAIN (almost).

209.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
