how do i stop losing weight now 😳

Try increasing your daily intake by 100 calories for a week. If you’re still losing, repeat, until you hit maintenance. Worst thing to do is go whole hog because that lost weight sneaks back more quickly than you suspect! (Voice of experience - unfortunately.)
