So, I started my 2 clean-loading day on the HCG diet Saturday & Sunday Oct. 11 & 12. I was on a high dose of HCG 250cc for the 2 loading days. Then I drop it down to 175cc for the duration of my first round. I cut out starch & sugar for the last 2 weeks to deter cravings while I'm on my first round.

Although I've been slightly hungry in the evenings, I haven't had any cravings. I'm only on day 4 (not counting 2 load days)so I'm going to give this dose a few more days before I adjust it for hunger. With the proper HCG dose I shouldn't have any hunger pangs on 500 calories.

5 1/2 lbs. in 4 days is a good start. :0)
282.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 147.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh, u tried too the HCG diet. Me, i have just finished and having my two weeks break. it's not too much but i lost 23 lbs already. you could still eat fruits just in small amounts to keep u away from the hunger pangs. Good luck! :)

Increasing your protein will also help with hunger on a VLCD. If you were to get for eg, a chocolate isolate protein powder & save that for a hot (but not boiling as will denature the protein) chocolate drink in the evening, should really help alot.
