Happy Monday everyone!!
I've decided to make Mondays my official weigh in day. So, if I don't get to blog during the week I can make up for lost words on Monday. :0)

My initial dose of 175cc wasn't enough for me & left me hungry in the evenings. I increased to 180cc & that seemed to do the trick. :0)

I'm beginning to realize just how sensative the hCG protocal is to cheating. Although I haven't cheated, I have altered my diet 'off' protocal some what.

I am eating 100grams of deli meat as opposed to chicken breast or any other meat that I have to cook. NO COOKING HERE !! :0)

Also, I'm only fond of a few of the veggies on the protocal, so I'm improvising on that too. I'm eating mostly steamed broccoli, Glory Spinach from a can & Vlasic Sourkraut. I don't eat fruit or melba toast at all. Initially I ate the fruit but it makes my weight loss slow (1/2lb. every 3-4 days).

I've also taking a multivitamin twice a day and I'm counting the fats & carbs in my various other supplements: D3, fish oil, etc.

So, everything is going as planned (mostly) and I'm looking forward to delivering a good report next Monday. :0)

I guess I should mention that I lost 35lbs last year but true to my nature... I gained back 15lbs. :0(

So, I've decided to give HCG a try. I've heard great things about it & researched it for myself. I love the whole idea of only eating twice a day. I know that sounds a little odd but it's the meal planning & preperation that boggs me down & frustrates me. I mean, I just don't want to spend that much time thinking about food...after all, I'm on a diet! :0)

I tried other diets that afforded me 4-5 tiny meals a day & that worked out great. I was never hungry! That's how I lost 35 lbs last year. But, I gotta tell ya, I felt like I was chained to the kitchen!! I had no life & no time for anything else.

So, I'm waiting for my shipment of HCG to arrive so I can start my 2-load days. I'm planning to load clean to help keep cravings to a minimal. I've pretty much cut out carbs & sugar already and ALL of my joints have thanked me. :0) I cut out all white food last year: rice, potatoes, bread, pasta & my blood sugar thanked me!

I guess my real challenge will be exercising. I'd love to start walking but I have back issues that don't allow me to stand for more than 5 minutes. I'm hoping that I will be able to do more as I shed this weight. :0)
