Not to offend but not sure not eating is the answer maybe cut down what you have on a daily basis and not eat too late

Hi razor123ray, yea you're right I don't want to keep doing this I was just a bit desperate right now. The goal obviously is to have smaller portions when I actually eat.

Getting fat off does require us to eat quite a bit less relative to our maintenance and do more activity. Just adjusting a little bit might work but it also can just cause your body to move less or it takes foreva.

But I think you are on the right track altmash123, the fast is kind of like resetting...now you can add food but i thnk you are right you see results when you remove quite a few calories not just tiny changes.

Hi Lifewithlou yes I agree, I did the fast to reset myself and now I'm going to slowly increase my calories to about 1500 per day and not go over 2000 hopefully.
Fasting helped me get some short-term results which I feel has changed my direction from gaining weight to losing weight and now I just need to keep going in this new direction.

I totally get it. I am also going very low cal today to get things started and so that when I slowly add food it will feel like I'm getting more not less.
