Went for the facet shots in my neck. Screamed in pain several times. Never again will I go for more. They say the pain relief should last for months, on me it only last 4 or 5 days. Not worth the excruciating pain. I did lose 5 pounds though. I'm amazed, since my husband has started to pack on the cheese and gravies and carbohydrates since I started this endeavor. Little does he know that I throw away most of it and feed some to the dog. That's the only way I will succeed.
