Has joined the Keto community. Works not to bad for me, but the weight is coming off slowly. The making my own keto food is not my cup of tea. I think I may go CARNIVORE.

Just starting to cut the carbs. Already have mastered 23:1 intermittent fasting. Will go till end of month keeping carbs under 20 grams. Then July 1st. I will try my first long term fast and see how far I can go before I break it.
