感覺來到撞牆期,體重擺盪不下去🥲,雖然我也沒刻意減量什麼的,只是正常吃但少吃外食,可以的話自己煮多吃菜這樣。光是這樣身體有輕盈許多,過敏也有改善,希望身體能越來越健康💪!當然體重可以再往下降更好🤣
