maybe it's muscle Gain been exercising a lot or maybe too much activity not enough rest and cortisol spiked which means insulin went up which means my body just stored fat for no reason
141.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

These fluctuations happen. Yesterday I weighed, then felt sleep deprived and went back to bed. When I got up later and weighed I was almost a pound lighter! So just enjoy the day☀️☀️☀️.
