Well done.....a great effort........that’s a whole stone in a month.....next driver is to hit the 13’s (13 st 13 lb)......really pleased with this progression! Also keeping up the body conditioning with Harrison and Karate total 6 times a week with an optional additional legs, bums and tums on a Sunday
199.3 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
