I didn't snack or over drink even though I had a terrible day!

Not really hungry just feel a little empty and like I want to eat a biscuit or something like that. I don't have any in the house so that solves that problem.


There isn't anything unhealthy to eat in my home at all!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya!! There's a lot of unhealthy food in my house (not brought in by me but the other 4 people in this house that don't follow any types of healthy eating) so I spend a LOT of time in my room! Tomorrow is a new day friend!! You are NOT alone!! 🙏🙏🙏

I live in a house with 4 other women, so i know what you mean. i spend a lot of time in my room too. sometimes I resent the fact that I have to.
