I notice when my husband is gone I gain weight - convenience food traps me. So I'm making a mini-resolution to choose healthier alternatives when I need something fast for dinner.
I have noticed lately that if I drink Instant Breakfast I'm not nearly as hungry at lunch. Not sure why, but it definitely curbs my appetite. So I've been doing that and yogurt a lot.
On a side note, it's ridiculous that all yogurts seem to have some form of High Fructose Corn Syryp unless you buy the light version, and they have Splenda and too few calories to be useful to me. Frustrating. I'm thinking of buying plain vanilla and mixing in jams and pureed fruit.
