This weigh in (163) is actually from Sunday - I forgot to log on and record it.
I notice when my husband is gone I gain weight - convenience food traps me. So I'm making a mini-resolution to choose healthier alternatives when I need something fast for dinner.
I have noticed lately that if I drink Instant Breakfast I'm not nearly as hungry at lunch. Not sure why, but it definitely curbs my appetite. So I've been doing that and yogurt a lot.
On a side note, it's ridiculous that all yogurts seem to have some form of High Fructose Corn Syryp unless you buy the light version, and they have Splenda and too few calories to be useful to me. Frustrating. I'm thinking of buying plain vanilla and mixing in jams and pureed fruit.

Today, I fit into my size 11 jeans. My size 13s are now too large, and I can remove them without unbuttoning.
I feel dead sexy. I even pulled out my hot boots to wear today with them, because I feel so gorgeous.
Mind you, as of Monday I had gained two pounds, but I've obviously lost inches around my waist playing crazy amounts of Wii DDR last weekend, so it's not all bad.

You know, I'm just happy that I only gained two pounds, and not twenty over the holidays. I'm back on my diet this morning, eating healthier, and drinking more water. My last party was last night, and since they served relatively healthy food (lamb chops, Moroccan rice with prunes and raisins, dilled carrots), I feel like I did okay (well, except for the massive amounts of stilton cheese with cranberries I ate...). But it WAS a party, and it could have been much, much worse.
