It’s all in the baby’s steps. Remove one thing at a time or replace one bad habit with a good one. It’s all about balance and knowing when to pick your battles with the sweet stuff. I started off removing all sweet beverages that included sugar from my coffee and teas and mostly sticking to only drinking water in the day. If you can’t remove the sugar all at once just work on cutting down first. The other good habit I changed is I made a rule with myself. The first meal of the day will be a healthy one, it sets me for failure when I start off bad so starting on a good note I tend to last longer and yes sometimes you’ll give in but that’s ok. As long as we are more consistent with the better choices than not. 🌹

I am exactly the same.... I drink sweet tea or coffee to keep the cravings away. If you need to munch go for marshmallows!! They are lower in calories than most sweeties 🥰

I told someone else yesterday, you get a bunch of sugar free sweets from Canderel and vital. it's a bit more expensive but worth it if you really are determined to lose weight. also sugar free gum like stimirol and clorets. stimirol has amazing flavours especially in the infinity range.

Sugar is an addiction. Like any addiction the only way to he free of its control over you is to stop feeding it. You don't stop smoking by smoking. but you have to eat. Stop eating sweet things and after a while you don't want them anymore. The only way to do that is to not eat carbohydrates. Look up LCHF or Keto. That is how I cured my sugar addiction.

Will frozen oranges work?

Any frozen fruits - oranges are perfect but remove the skins first and freeze individually.

I also have a massive sweet tooth. I suggest drinking a probiotic once a day. many times due to yeast overgrowth in our bodies we get lots of sugar cravings because yeast feeds on sugar. Since drinking a probiotic once a day, my cravings has reduced by at least half. Hope this helps.

OMG yeast! That's it! Yeast can act as a parasite if there's too much of it present in the body.
