Been battling to lose this kilo 🤦🏾‍♀️ to get to 75kgs. Need to get back to improving my step count daily and get back to gym 😔
167.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
