Blah. No change. I should be glad that I didn't gain anything. I guess.
But I didn't do well this past week, so that is reflected. I think I need to reevaluate my emotions about having to continue to work, winter coming and my husband's ever closer departure to even more northern climes for three weeks in November. All of that is making me run for the comfort food.
This weekend I'm going to clean out my cupboards and kitchen. <sigh> After that, we are going to ease into the South Beach diet. Wheeeee....
