I only had a few glasses of wine,cereal one day, and 1/2 a baked sweet potato yesterday. I exerise everyday. I don't know why I am not losing pounds, but I am losing inches. My clothes fit better and the shape of my body is improving. I feel good and looking better. I will stay with it.
