I really started Phase I on April 12th at 158, but I just found this site on the 25th. So, 6 lbs on PhaseI. I most likly did something wrong,because I thought fat free would be better than reduced fat and that kind of stuff, but I am ok with the results. I fit in my clothes better. No one has noticed yet, but it will come. I want to lose 15 - 17 more.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

When it comes to fat free and reduced fat products, generally speaking the only ones that are safe are dairy products. Everything else adds some form of sugar to improve taste when the fat is taken out. You really have to watch those labels sometimes! :) keep with it, you're doing really well.

I was using ff dairy, cottage cheese and sour cream. I also used ff 1/2 &1/2. What do y'all think of those?
