Day 31

OK I have no idea what is going on with my weight but I feel great. My stomach and my chest have really shrunk and are much tighter. I can wear clothes from last year that I couldn't fit in just a month ago. Even some old T-shirts are starting to fit without my belly looking like a basketball.

Yesterday I had a pure protein dinner as I wanted to work out today. Today I will have a chicken salad which comes in at around 1400Kcal.

Yes, I gained some this week but the fact that I feel fantastic and have a lot of energy.

I didn't work out for a few days as I was busy so today again I couldn't finish my work out! Once I can finish all the sets without any problems I will up the weight.

Need to do my picture for today to show my progress. I am taking a picture every week.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
