Day 30

I lost the weight from yesterday. I only ate one meal yesterday and walked a lot in 38 degree heat. Then sat in a hot room drinking win all evening.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
