Day 27

I know my weight didn't move but I had a great day yesterday. Whoever invented air conditioning was and is still a hero. It is hitting high 30's here and I am dying in the heat.

My main meal today will be the left over chicken and sweetcorn from yesterday and I will had a green salad.
168.3 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
