Yay! Back on schedule that little pause there started to worry me. Well yesterday I worked out in the morning then we went out in the evening and I spent an hour playing keep up with the three year old. Who needs a treadmill when you have a kid!
I hope everyone else's journey is going well. Don't give up people.
