Day 23

After yesterday's dinner of protein and fat I expected to go up. However I feel great. I don't have time to work out during the day today so I will work out after work before I take my bath.
170.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
