Day 22

I thought it would go up. I went out yesterday, ate pretty much what I wanted and drank. I feel pretty terrible today not because of the diet though. Rather hungover.

Today I am bad to my normal diet. I can't really work out as I have classes all day.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
