Day 21

I am really happy with that drop. I was pretty hungry last night though. I didn't eat but I was kind of looking around for food.

3rd week so I will take my progress pictures today. I took for week one and week two. I am not posting them all until I have hit my target.

Because of my day today, I fully expect my weight to go back up tomorrow. We will see. I will try to go easy but it's very hot here and cold beer! I actually live in one of the hottest places in China. The weather here is not only hot but extremely humid.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
